Rest. Relax. We crave it, we need it, but it's the one activity that we most likely don't get enough of. Animals understand and embrace this necessary endeavor...why can't we?  Although movement is important in our lives, slowing down and relaxing can be just as essential. Your assignment today is to take at least 5 minutes to close your eyes, breathe slow and deep, and relax. I expect you to get an "A" :)
